I lost my password from the account. What do I do?

You can reset your password by clicking the link right next to the Login button.

Why don't I see myself in the participant's list after the registration?

Make sure that you have successfully completed the registration including the registration fee payment. You can check your registration status in your account on the site.

Why can't I see my crew in the registered crews list?

Most likely one or several crew members have not paid the registration fee yet. A crew is considered registered only when all its members have a valid registration and paid the registration fee if applicable.

I have not received the password from my account on the site (for group registrations only). What do I do?

Please check the spam folder of your mailbox. If you did not find the message there, use the password recovery link on the login page.
